Northbridge Insurance LLC ("Northbridge" "we" "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, how we use it, who we share it with, including the licensed insurance agents who may follow up with you about final expense coverage, and the choices available to you. Please take a few minutes to read it, and email us anytime at info@northbridgeinsurancellc.com if anything is unclear.
In Plain English
We ask for a few basic details, like your name, phone number, email, birth date, and state, so we can match you with a licensed agent who can help you find final expense coverage.
We use trusted third-party tools (Jornaya and TrustedForm) to keep a verified record that you agreed to be contacted. We share your information only with the licensed agents and partners involved in getting you a quote, never with random third parties for their own marketing.
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to delete your information, at any time by emailing info@northbridgeinsurancellc.com.
When you complete a quote request form on our website, we collect the personal information you directly provide, which may include:
We, and the third-party tools described in Section 3, also automatically collect certain technical information when you visit our site, such as your IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, referring website, pages viewed, links clicked, and the date, time, and duration of your visit.
| Category | Examples | Why We Collect It |
|---|---|---|
| Contact identifiers | Name, email, phone number | To identify you and enable an agent to reach you |
| Personal details | Date of birth, state, ZIP code | To match you with agents and carriers licensed in your area and estimate eligibility |
| Health-adjacent information | Tobacco use | A standard underwriting factor carriers use for final expense quotes |
| Technical & consent data | IP address, device data, Jornaya LeadiD, TrustedForm certificate | To document TCPA consent and help secure our website |
We use the information we collect to:
Federal law, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act ("TCPA"), requires companies to obtain your prior express written consent before contacting you by certain methods, including calls using an autodialer or a prerecorded or artificial voice, and text messages, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry.
When you submit our web form, you are asked to affirmatively check a consent box confirming that you agree to be contacted by Northbridge Insurance LLC and/or our licensed insurance agent partners by phone (including using automated dialing technology), text message (SMS/MMS), and email regarding final expense insurance. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any insurance product.
To document this consent and protect both you and us in the event of a dispute, we use two independent, industry-standard third-party services:
These consent records may be shared with the licensed agent(s) or carrier partner(s) who receive your lead, so they also have documented proof of your consent to contact you.
Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons, tags, and pixels) to operate our site and understand how visitors use it. These may be placed by us or by third-party partners, including:
Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting them. If you disable cookies, parts of our site, including our quote request form, may not function properly. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request for California residents.
Revoking consent or asking to be removed from our list does not retract information already shared with an agent or carrier partner before your request, but we will promptly forward your removal request to any partner who received your information and ask them to honor it as well.
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including matching you with an agent and maintaining documentation of your TCPA consent in case it is ever disputed. Consent records generated by Jornaya and TrustedForm are typically retained for a period consistent with applicable statutes of limitations for telemarketing-related claims. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our website and final expense insurance products are intended for adults and are not directed to, marketed to, or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@northbridgeinsurancellc.com so we can address it.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives you the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@northbridgeinsurancellc.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before completing your request, and you may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We aim to respond within the timeframes required by law. Residents of other U.S. states with comparable privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and others) may have similar rights and are welcome to contact us using the same information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of our website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
